Planned Maintenance Works at..

Central Region - Wednesday 19th September 2018

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that, there will be an interruption in power supply on Wednesday, 19th September, 2018 from 9:00am to 4:00pm
This is to enable the ECG carry out maintenance works on the Elmina Feeder. 
Areas to be affected are: 
Akotokyir, PPAG, Kakumdo, Essuekyir, Cape Coast Technical University,  Ayifua Estate, Amisano, Amoyaw, Ebubonko, GNAT Hostel, Kwapraw and surrounding communities.
ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise.

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that, there will be an interruption in power supply on Thursday,  20th September, 2018 from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
This is to enable the ECG carry out maintenance works to reinforce the network.
 Areas to be affected are: Haatso Papao, Westland Container, Haatso Carpentry Shop, Westland Police Station and surrounding areas, PRESEC - Legon, Madina Social Welfare and its environs, Dzorwulu, Abelemkpe, Santana Hotel and surrounding areas.
ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise.

This is to enable the ECG carry out maintenance works at Main Station 'AC' - Airport City.
Areas to be affected are: Airport City, Landing Restaurant, Accra Shopping Mall, Hajj Village, Marina Mall, Silver Star, Holiday Inn, Taysec Estates, Millennium Heights, Opeibea, Golf House and Action Faith Chapel.

This is to enable the ECG carry out maintenance works on the Teiman and Madina feeders.
 Areas to be affected are: Teiman and its environs, PRESEC - Legon, Social Welfare and surrounding areas.

These are the Ministry of Power (MOP), Energy Commission (EC), Public Utility Regulatory Commission (PURC), Volta River Authority (VRA), Ghana Grid Company (GridCo), Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) and the Northern Electricity Department Company(NEDCo), a subsidiary of the VRA.Energy Foundation is a private-public sector partnership to promote energy efficiency and conservation countrywide. Independent Power Producers(IPPs) are also private sector players in the power sector.
