BOT Prepaid Customers Can Now Vend

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited wishes to inform the general public especially BOT prepaid customers within
Achimota, Korle-Bu, Dansoman and Kaneshie Districts that they can now vend.
 
Customers who are unable to vend at their third-party vending point should visit their District Offices to vend/purchase electricity.
Please note that our ICT engineers are working assiduously to completely normalize the situation.
 
We thank our cherished customers for their patience and cooperation.

BOT Prepaid Vending Improves

As at 10:00pm Wednesday evening, 6/12/17, these are pictures of the help desk still serving customers at the project office when the Managing Director of ECG came to verify the status in remedying the BOT prepaid vending challenge. 
Customers should please note that ECG is still working assiduously to completely rectify the problem.

We Are Open This Sunday,10th December, 2017 For BOT Prepaid Customers

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited wishes to inform the general public, especially BOT prepaid Customers whose vending cards need to be reactivated that all the four (4) Districts, namely,
Kaneshie, Achimota, Korle- Bu, and Dansoman District  Offices will open and serve  customers tomorrow Sunday, 10th December, 2017 from 9am.
We therefore appeal to our affected BOT prepaid customers to contact their  district offices for the resolution of their vending challenge. 
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our cherished customers and wish to assure stakeholders and customers that every effort is being made to immediately  resolve this challenge.
