Amadu Kaleem is a renowned businessman who has been in the construction and real estate business since 1970. He set up and registered his company, Kaleem Amadu Enterprise around the same time and later changed it to K.A.E Ghana Limited in 1981. 

As a good communicator and a skilled negotiator, Alhaji Kaleem has worked on a number of projects successfully. He has also employed a number of people who work on various of the Company’s projects. He actively supervises projects that the Company embarks on, ensuring the right thing is done as he has a knack for doing good works the first time round. 

 

Mr. John Arkorful, an Accountant, has worked and gained vast knowledge in the Petroleum Industry, spanning from the upstream, refinery and downstream sectors. He has extensive knowledge in petroleum financing from his years working and managing various positions in the sector. 

Mr. Arkorful, who holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham (UK) worked as the Director of Finance at the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) until he retired from active service. Before then, he had worked with the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) as a Chief Accountant. He has experiences in financing refinery activities and negotiation crude transactions. He received his early prefesional training from Peat Marwick Okoh & Co, now known as KPMG. He has previously worked with BP, Vitol, Trafiqua and Glencore. 

He is currently serving on the board of ECG, Crystal Capital Company and Petrogan Limited, a company that provides cutting edge solutions and reliable services in the oil and gas industry in Ghana.

 

Mr. Bernard Nii Sackey is a trained Electrical Engineer and a Lawyer with years of experience in both professions. He gained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology (now Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology) Kumasi in 1975. Later on during his working life, he enrolled at the Law School and got awarded with an LLB in 2004 from the University of Ghana and proceeded to the Ghana School of Law where he was called to the Ghana Bar in 2010. 

Mr. Sackey once worked with the Electricity Corporation of Ghana (now Electricity Company of Ghana) as an Electrical Engineer from 1976 to 1986. He has worked with All Afra Electric Ltd from 1986, rising through the ranks to became the Managing Director from 1990 to 2017. He has been the Chairman of the Company till date. 

As the Technical Director of the All Afra Electric Ltd, he designed and supervised a lot of projects undertaken by the Company all over Ghana and beyond. He has served on various Committees and Boards and therefore, brings to the ECG Board, a wealth of technical and managerial experiences spanning five decades. 

Mr. Bernard Nii Sackey has practiced as a Lawyer with Axis Legal from 2012. He is currently a partner of Axis Legal. 

Aside the qualifications above, Mr. Sackey also holds a certificate from the ADR Workshop for Mediation organized by the Judicial Service. He also has a certificate in Project Management from the Management Professional Training Institute (MDPI) and one in Distribution and Transmission from Actim in France. 

He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Ghana Institution of Engineers. 

 

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah holds a degree in Business Administration from the University College of Management Studies, Kumasi and a Certificate in Criminal Justice from the Indiana Wesleyan University, USA. He has worked in various fields and gathered experiences which have spun the fields of governance, gender issues, youth development, general management and development. 

Odeneho Appiah is an astute businessman who has spent over twenty years working as a private business executive, in the management of businesses across the hospitality, construction, transportation and haulage services. He is currently serving as the Director of Longford Royal Group Limited and a member of the Board of ECG.
