Mr. Cephas Galley
Mr. Galley joined ECG in May,2004 and currently serves as Director of Legal Services with responsibility for Litigation, Prosecution of Power theft case involving non-staff and staff, and liasing with other Directorates on compliance with statutory obligations.
Prior to his appointment as Ag.Director, he served as Manager, Litigation Management and General Manager/Contract and Wayleaves. Before joining ECG, Mr Galley practiced corporate law with a prominent law firm and a Chartered Accountants and Management consultancy firm.
He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and graduated from University of Ghana with Bachelor of Arts(Law & Sociology) in 1990 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1994. He has a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Law & Sustainable Development from Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands. He also holds Masters in Energy Law & Policy (LL.M) from University of Dundee, UK
