Nana Kobina Arthur-Forson

 

Mr. Arthur-Forson has over 21years working experience with the Company. Before joining ECG in September 1994 as a Regional Commercial Manager, he worked with Asanco Company Limited as Sales Manager, the Ministry of Trade as Commercial Officer and also Ghana Bottling Company as National Sales Manager. He rose to Divisional Manager in charge of Billing/Revenue and  was then transferred to the Eastern Region as Regional Director now Regional General Manger. In July 6, 2013 he was appointed the Director Customer Service..     

As Director Customer Services, Nana Arthur-Forson is in charge of Commercial Department, responsible for managing the Commercial Operations of ECG. He is also responsible for Commercial Loss Reduction. He initiates and implements systems and methods for effective monitoring and control of the activities of the Directorate and ensures effective Customer Service Delivery by the Company. Additionally, he formulates effective system for the recovery of all billed revenue.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts, BA (Hons) degree from University of Ghana, Legon. He has an Executive MBA from GIMPA.
