ECG ''Customer Complaints Day'' in The Ashanti Region(Ashanti SBU)

Do you have any issue with the Electricity Company of Ghana in the Ashanti region? And how long have you been grappling with the issue? Is it about your bills faulty meter, separate meter, prepaid meter or extension of power to your newly developing area?

The good news is that, the Management of the Ashanti Strategic Business Unit, i.e. ECG in Ashanti Region has declared Saturday, March 11, 2017 as ‘’Customer Complaint Day’’. All the 16 business centres (District Offices) will be opened and working strategically address complaints from customers from 8:00 am to 2:00pm on that day.

All customers and the general public who have complaint should come to the Business Centres (District Offices) to receive attention to their problems or enquires. All customers and their complaints are welcome. Our team of experts will be on hand to offer solutions to the nagging issues that day.

We believe we can work together: Yes, we can do it, we dare not fail.
